We formed teams of 8 people who had to follow one after each other thru a 5 exercise station. You could not advance until the person in front of you moved. While in queue (waiting to get on spot #1)…the rest of the team accumulated points by doing Burpees, Box Jumps or Jump Ropes. Total reps of burps were added and multiplied by 3 to get burpee score. Box Jumps were X 2 and JR’s were x 0.1. Basically you got more weight/credit for Burps and Box J’s. These were added to get a total score per team of 8. There was a team of 7 but I divided their score by 7 to get the rate per person and then multiplied by 8 to calibrate the score as if they had 8 members. I also calculated the average reps per person from the 6pm team and 7pm team:) I love numbers by the way!
Hmmm – Do numbers show Mary Kaye cracks the whip more than Chrissy when it comes to coaching:) Interesting:)
12:14 30# Squat Snatch (started with 40# but could not get full squat and trouble with blcanae (7 reps), down to 37# and still had trouble with full squat and blcanae (7 reps), finished first round with 30# and completed rounds 2 and 3 with that wieght very manageable)No band chest to bar pull ups
